Key Account Manager – Institutional Government Telecom (Honduras)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to grow our client portfolio within the institutional government sector in Honduras. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities, positioning comprehensive connectivity, network, and cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Increase the portfolio of government and institutional clients in Honduras.
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the telecom sector.
• Strategically position integrated connectivity, networking, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Develop the market from scratch, including cold outreach and building commercial relationships.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of consultative B2B sales experience in technology or telecommunications.
• Proven track record opening cold markets and building commercial portfolios, preferably in the government sector.
• University degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions).
• Strong prospecting, objection‑handling, and conversation‑opening abilities.
• Resilience, high self‑management, and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Own transportation vehicle.
