Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist (US/Canada Market)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Lead Generation Cold Calling Specialist to support our US and Canada market. You will identify potential sales leads, conduct surveys, maintain clean data, and provide top‑tier customer support while handling special projects as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales leads using online research, industry databases, and CRM tools.
• Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and other channels to generate interest.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
• Administer customer surveys, capture results, and analyze trends.
• Clean and organize data in CRM and Excel, removing duplicates and correcting discrepancies.
• Assist with special projects assigned by management.
• Provide exceptional customer support, handling inquiries, order status, and product information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
