Leasing Administrator – Residential & Commercial Properties

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Leasing Administrator to support prospective tenants and current residents across residential and commercial properties. The role blends sales, customer service, and administrative duties to ensure a smooth leasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
• Conduct property tours and showcase unit features and community amenities.
• Guide prospects through the application process, collect documentation, and prepare lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, leases, and resident information in the property management system.
• Coordinate move‑in and move‑out activities, ensuring units are ready for occupancy.
• Support lease renewals, resident retention initiatives, and marketing efforts such as online listings and community events.
• Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to keep units move‑in ready.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in leasing, property management, real estate, sales, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, or Entrata.
