Legal Assistant – Remote (Part‑Time/Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Assistant to support a U.S. immigration law firm. You will handle client communication, intake, case documentation, and follow‑ups to ensure cases progress accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal client intake and gather required information and documents.
• Provide case updates and follow up with clients via phone, email, and text.
• Take accurate notes, including client declarations and testimonials.
• Interpret and translate client calls and case‑related documents.
• Verify, organize, and maintain accurate case documentation.

Required profile

• Background in legal assistance, immigration support, client intake, or similar roles.
• Strong English and Spanish communication skills (C1 level or above).
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable handling sensitive client information and frequent communication.
• Client‑focused and able to manage multiple case follow‑ups.

What we offer

• Hourly rate: $11–$18 USD.
• Part‑time monthly rate: $880–$1,440 USD.
• Full‑time monthly rate: $1,760–$2,880 USD.
