Leisure Booking Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Leisure Booking Coordinator to help clients plan and secure leisure‑related reservations. You will work remotely, guiding customers from the initial request through confirmation while ensuring every detail aligns with their preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client preferences and specific requests.
• Research accommodations, activities, transportation and related options.
• Assist in coordinating and booking arrangements.
• Review reservation details for accuracy and communicate confirmations.
• Handle adjustments, modifications, and special requests.
• Maintain organized booking records and client information.
• Follow up for additional information when needed.
• Communicate with suppliers and service providers as required.
• Provide timely, professional client support.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable researching options online and prioritizing multiple client requests.
• Willingness to learn digital systems and online platforms.
• Reliable, professional, and responsive attitude.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reservations or a related field is helpful but not mandatory.
