About the role
Impact BPO is seeking a Lien Resolution Specialist to join its legal support team in Tegucigalpa. The role focuses on negotiating and resolving complex healthcare lien cases while ensuring accurate documentation and timely settlements.
Key responsibilities
- Review, audit, and negotiate healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, and private liens to maximize reductions.
- Communicate directly with lien holders, insurance companies, and legal representatives to reach settlements.
- Request and analyze medical billing statements, claim ledgers, and legal documents.
- Maintain accurate case logs and ensure all resolution deadlines are met efficiently.
Required profile
- Advanced or fluent English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with financial data.
- Prior experience in legal support, medical liens, insurance claims, or collections is a plus.
