Logistics Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Analyst to join our fully remote team. In this position you will coordinate order scheduling, monitor shipment status, and act as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily order flow and maintain accurate scheduling records.
• Track and report order status using dedicated software tools.
• Communicate with clients to resolve delivery issues and provide updates.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize routes and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional attitude with reliable follow‑through on tasks.
