About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Compliance Representative to safeguard our freight platform. In this role you will act as the front line of security, investigating carrier and broker credentials, preventing fraud, and supporting users when issues arise.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect and verify carrier and broker documentation, ensuring operating authority and insurance are current and valid.
- Detect and block fraudulent activities, including identity theft, fake documents, and suspicious account behavior.
- Assist carriers and brokers with account suspensions, payment disputes, and platform rule clarifications.
- Maintain detailed records of investigations, compliance reviews, and resolution outcomes.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong critical‑thinking abilities to spot discrepancies.
- Proactive, self‑motivated problem‑solver who seeks continuous professional growth.
- Adaptable team player capable of handling high‑pressure situations and collaborating effectively.
