Track & Trace Representative

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Track & Trace Representative to support our freight operations. In this role you will monitor shipments, communicate updates, and help keep loads on schedule within a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor active shipments and provide timely status updates.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams via phone and email.
• Identify potential delays or issues and alert the appropriate parties.
• Maintain accurate shipment information in company systems.
• Respond professionally to inbound calls, emails, and tracking requests.
• Follow established procedures and ensure all tracking data is documented correctly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in track & trace, dispatch, freight, logistics, or transportation.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Reliable attendance and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently while staying in regular contact with the team.
• Willingness to work on‑site Monday through Friday.

Required skills

• Good typing speed and email handling proficiency.
• Comfortable handling phone calls and multi‑party communication.
