Track & Trace Representative – Graveyard Shift

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Track & Trace Representative to work the graveyard shift supporting freight operations. The role involves monitoring shipments throughout the night, communicating updates to drivers, carriers and customers, and ensuring that loads stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor active shipments and provide timely status updates.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers and internal teams via phone and email.
• Identify potential delays or issues and alert the appropriate parties.
• Maintain accurate shipment information in company systems.
• Respond professionally to inbound calls, emails and tracking requests.
• Follow established procedures and document all tracking information.

Required profile

• Previous experience in track & trace, dispatch, freight, logistics or transportation.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable handling phone calls and multi‑party communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Reliable attendance and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently while staying in regular contact with the team.
