Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to support our Account Executives and ensure successful execution of customer shipments. The role involves scheduling shipments, securing carriers, negotiating rates and monitoring performance.

Key responsibilities

• Book and schedule all shipments assigned to the Account Executive or team.
• Communicate shipment status, carrier coverage and operational needs with Account Executives and leadership.
• Use various systems and tools to locate and secure appropriate equipment for customer shipments.
• Assign qualified carriers, negotiate rates and develop relationships with core carriers.
• Monitor carrier performance, report service failures and ensure daily shipments are covered.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail.
• Effective time‑management, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
