Logistics Operator – International Shipping & Compliance

Teamswell is seeking a Logistics Operator to manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with U.S. trade and customs regulations while supporting smooth supply‑chain operations between the United States and global partners. The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, remote‑friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end international logistics and supply‑chain processes.
• Communicate with truckers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents and negotiate service rates.
• Track global shipments to guarantee timely delivery.
• Maintain compliance with U.S. import/export laws and documentation.
• Keep accurate shipping and logistics records.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement and warehouse teams as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
• Resolve delivery delays or logistics issues in real time.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain operations, freight coordination or international shipping.
• Proven track record managing international shipments and working with global logistics partners.
• Familiarity with U.S. import/export processes, customs regulations and Incoterms.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
