Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee shipments for Lear facilities across Europe. The role ensures that all freight movements comply with company standards, regulations and customer expectations while supporting the broader supply‑chain network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage shipments for European plants based on production needs.
• Ensure compliance with Lear procedures, local regulations and customs requirements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Lear’s logistics network, including routes, warehouses, and customs brokers.
• Act as primary point of contact for carriers, customers and suppliers, addressing issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Keep accurate shipment records, tracking data, invoices and compliance documentation.
• Analyze shipment performance metrics and produce regular reports.
• Audit freight invoices and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Recommend and implement improvements to the control‑tower operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Traffic or Logistics Supervisor.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
