About the role
We are looking for a proactive Field Collector to join our debt‑collection team in San Pedro Sula. The role involves traveling to client locations, communicating payment options, and negotiating settlements while meeting collection targets.
Key responsibilities
- Visit clients in the field to collect outstanding payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve objections.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
- Achieve daily/weekly collection goals.
- Report progress and challenges to the team leader.
Required profile
- Completed secondary education; university studies preferred.
- Experience in field sales or debt collection.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Goal‑oriented and able to handle difficult client situations.
- Willingness to travel and work independently in the field.
