About the role
We are looking for a Junior Brokerage Officer to support our insurance sales channel. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies with insurance brokers to improve closing rates and grow our product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement sales strategies aimed at insurance intermediaries (brokers).
- Increase the effectiveness of each sale and achieve defined sales targets.
- Expand the customer portfolio and strengthen broker loyalty in line with company policies.
- Monitor product and service performance and provide feedback to the commercial team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related administrative field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or commercial management.
- Experience with financial or insurance products is desirable.
- Strong focus on meeting targets and delivering commercial results.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
