About the role

The Production Operator is responsible for executing the processing plan while optimizing resource use. The role ensures that production targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are met on time and at the lowest possible cost.

Key responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned product line, guaranteeing optimal performance per pound processed within internal and external quality standards.
• Identify and propose improvements to procedures and production capabilities to enhance resource efficiency.
• Carry out processing activities for the designated products, ensuring the processing plan is followed and resources are optimally utilized.
• Maintain order, hygiene, and food safety at the workstation, complying with all quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with projects focused on process optimization and efficiency.

Required profile

• Primary education (sixth grade) – medium level preferred.
• At least one year of experience as an operator in a production plant.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Willingness to follow the training plan defined by the company.
