About the role
We are looking for a Production Operator to perform non‑critical tasks on the shop floor. The role supports first‑level processes in a food manufacturing environment, ensuring productivity while adhering to quality, safety and HACCP standards.
Key responsibilities
- Execute first‑level operational activities classified as non‑critical.
- Maintain production targets and meet assigned workload for each area.
- Follow established procedures, policies and processes to guarantee product quality and food safety.
- Comply with governmental regulations and HACCP requirements.
- Care for company assets, ensuring proper use and functionality.
Required profile
- Primary education (sixth grade) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions.
