Operations Reporting Analyst – Night Shift

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking an Operations Reporting Analyst to join its San Pedro Sula office. The analyst will support daily operations and safety teams by turning data into actionable insights, ensuring accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather requirements through document analysis and stakeholder interaction.
• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with business owners and technical teams.
• Develop business cases, needs analyses, and problem definitions presented in professional dashboards.
• Produce clean, accurate documentation, including business requirements and technical specifications.
• Design technical solutions to address business challenges and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Maintain constant communication with users regarding production issues and resolution strategies.
• Support operations and safety teams daily to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence.
