Operations Support Associate

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking an Operations Support Associate to coordinate driver dispatch, monitor shipments, and ensure smooth freight operations. This position works on afternoon or weekend shifts and offers the chance to grow within an innovative logistics company.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for freight pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor shipment progress and driver locations using communication tools and mapping software.
• Provide customers with shipment status updates and help resolve freight‑related issues.
• Adjust daily routes based on traffic, operational needs, or customer requirements.
• Enter and update load information in internal systems and customer portals.
• Assist drivers with routing guidance and ensure proper execution of freight procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain compliance with dispatch procedures, safety protocols, and operational standards.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics or customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, and multitasking capabilities.
• Fluency in English.
