Overnight Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking an Overnight Logistics Coordinator to join its San Pedro Sula office. The role focuses on monitoring security cameras, ensuring the safety of trucks and yards, and coordinating emergency responses during night hours.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely monitor security cameras for suspicious or unusual activity.
• Coordinate with internal departments during emergencies or accidents.
• Dispatch emergency calls and provide video evidence to the Safety team.
• Maintain security of trucks and yard areas.
• Prepare accident reports and keep accurate electronic security records.
• Verify identification of all visitors to the yards and maintain communication until issues are resolved.
• Assess potential dangers, intervene when necessary, and support Emergency Response Plans.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Policy and other office regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Team player with strong decision‑making ability.
• Fast learner, computer‑savvy and able to adapt quickly to new software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
