Partnership Development Representative - Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Strategic Sourcing Specialist to grow our global manufacturing and logistics network. This fully remote position focuses on identifying, vetting, and securing apparel decorators, overseas factories, and freight forwarders to improve cost, capacity, and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and build a pipeline of factories, decorators, and logistics partners using Google, social media and AI tools.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails and video meetings to establish relationships and negotiate terms.
• Scout, vet and partner with freight forwarders, customs brokers and decorators to secure better shipping routes and lower costs.
• Drive cost‑savings, expand LATAM/Asia factory capacity and improve logistics speed.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (90%+ proficiency).
• 3–5 years experience in sales, collections, sourcing or partner acquisition.
• Outgoing, persistent negotiator with strong research and detail‑orientation.
• Resourceful in using digital tools to reach decision‑makers.
• Nice‑to‑have background in apparel, textiles, promotional products or international freight logistics.

Required skills

• Google Workspace for research and database building.
• AI tools for data mining and prospecting.

• Compensation $750 – $950 USD per month, plus discretionary performance bonuses.
• 100% remote work with a stable Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm EST schedule.
