Recruiter – Temporary Contract (Call Center)

About the role

IntouchCX is seeking a Recruiter on a temporary contract to support its fast‑paced call‑center hiring needs. You will conduct interviews for agent‑level positions, guide candidates through the onboarding journey, and help reduce employee turnover by selecting the right talent.

Key responsibilities

• Meet daily with the Recruiting Manager to align on hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates via phone, video or in‑person.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Provide new hires with orientation details, training schedules, and answer onboarding questions.
• Participate in job fairs and hiring events to promote the company.
• Build trust and transparency with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service, BPO or retail experience.
• Preferably 1 year of recruiting experience in a high‑volume call‑center environment.
• Comfortable communicating by phone and in person.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and active‑listening skills, with a focus on confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
• Intermediate computer and mathematical abilities.
