Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Charger logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join its HR department in San Pedro Sula. You will lead full‑cycle recruitment, selection and retention initiatives for a growing logistics provider.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including defining criteria, screening, interviewing and extending offers.
• Develop and implement recruitment and retention programs, policies and procedures in line with employment legislation.
• Provide training and communication to managers and staff on hiring best practices.
• Advise management on staffing needs, workforce planning and compliance with human‑rights regulations.
• Participate in career fairs, recruitment initiatives and maintain up‑to‑date job descriptions.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyse trends and support health‑and‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in‑house.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and decision‑making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a technical field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn, social media and sourcing tools for talent acquisition.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
