Remote B2B Account Executive – US Market (Outbound Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performance bilingual sales professional to own the full sales cycle with U.S. clients. This remote position is ideal for hunters who excel at outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and consistently hitting targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process: prospecting, discovery, and closing.
• Execute daily outbound activities (cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging).
• Make at least 60+ calls per day or conduct 2+ discovery calls daily.
• Conduct consultative sales calls and present tailored solutions.
• Maintain pipeline, CRM data, and accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with Recruitment & HR teams to drive successful placements.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1‑C2 level).
• 2‑5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably remote/outbound.
• Hunter mentality with a passion for cold outreach and pipeline building.
• Proven track record of quota attainment.
• Highly coachable, accountable, and results‑driven.
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up) and backup connection.
