Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking bilingual customer service representatives to join our fully remote team. In this position you will interact with potential clients, provide empathetic support, verify information, and ensure accurate documentation in our systems.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications with potential clients.
• Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic customer service.
• Gather and verify client information according to established scripts.
• Document interactions and update internal systems promptly.
• Follow up with potential clients when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, call center, sales or similar fields is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work 40+ hours per week.
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
