About the role

We are looking for a reliable Remote Operator to provide high‑quality support to patients and assist with daily office coordination for a U.S.‑based medical practice. The role is fully remote, based in Honduras, and follows New York business hours. Excellent English phone etiquette and attention to detail are essential.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming patient calls professionally.
Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
Provide general information about services.
Make outbound reminder calls for upcoming appointments.
Verify insurance coverage for medical equipment.
Accurately record and update patient information in internal systems.

Required profile

Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in customer service, medical office support, or call centre (preferred).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
Ability to multitask with empathy and professionalism.
Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling systems, data entry).
