About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join a leading, fast‑growing company in La Ceiba. The role focuses on field‑based commercial execution, client development, and driving volume growth across assigned points of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail locations and implement established commercial plans.
• Develop and nurture business relationships, negotiate with clients, and expand the customer portfolio.
• Increase sales volume, market coverage, and profitability.
• Meet field execution and commercial performance indicators.
• Identify and acquire new customers to broaden the sales network.
• Provide clients with guidance on digital tools and ensure proper in‑store execution of POP materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial or sales roles.
• Relevant education in Administration, Marketing, Business or related fields (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license for light vehicles or motorcycles.
• Strong negotiation, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Result‑oriented with excellent customer service focus.
• Proactive, leadership‑oriented, and comfortable working in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
