Research Design Assistant

About the role

The Research Design Assistant supports the research team in delivering high‑quality market studies. Working with both qualitative and quantitative data, the role ensures results are analysed, interpreted and presented clearly for internal and client‑facing reports.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse graphic and statistical outputs to create clear, visual reports for various projects.
• Generate written reports summarising qualitative and quantitative findings.
• Develop and maintain templates for result presentation.
• Prepare data‑collection materials for surveys, interviews and other research methods.
• Support the team in data management and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Required profile

• Degree in market research, marketing, anthropology, statistics, sociology, psychology or a related field.
• At least one year of experience producing research reports and managing data.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive work attitude.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for data handling and analysis.
• SPSS for statistical processing.
• PowerPoint for creating presentation‑ready visuals.
