Sales Representative – Field Sales (Roatán)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team on Roatán. You will work directly with retail points of sale, building relationships and driving commercial growth in a dynamic, field‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Visit retail locations and implement established commercial plans.
• Develop and negotiate commercial relationships with clients.
• Increase volume, coverage and profitability through targeted sales activities.
• Meet field execution and commercial performance indicators.
• Identify and acquire new customers to expand the portfolio.
• Advise clients on digital tools and solutions.
• Ensure proper point‑of‑sale execution, including POP materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or commercial roles.
• Education in Administration, Marketing, Business or related fields (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license for light vehicles or motorcycles.
• Strong negotiation, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Result‑oriented with excellent customer service focus.
• Proactive, leadership‑driven and comfortable working in a team.
