About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design and deliver custom software solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will bridge high‑level CRM architecture with robust backend logic and modern front‑end experiences, ensuring scalable and maintainable applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement custom business applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop backend customizations, unit tests, and error‑handling workflows.
• Build clean, modular UI components for streamlined user experiences.
• Integrate third‑party tools and enterprise systems to optimize data flows.
• Apply software engineering best practices, including version control and deployment pipelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or Salesforce development.
• Proven expertise with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform customizations, best practices, and architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
