About the role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a fast‑growing remote CFO advisory and accounting firm. You will support client onboarding, cloud accounting migrations, and ensure a smooth transition to our ongoing accounting team.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and migrate accounting and payroll systems to cloud‑based platforms such as QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, NetSuite, and Expensify.
- Perform reconciliations, ensure data accuracy, and support month‑end close activities during implementations.
- Document processes, improve workflows, and integrate tools for seamless client operations.
- Collaborate with clients and mentor junior team members throughout the onboarding process.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 3+ years of accounting experience with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Experience in accounting system implementations and client onboarding.
- CPA and public accounting/CAS experience highly preferred.
