Senior Compliance Associate

About the role

IntouchCX is seeking a Senior Compliance Associate to ensure that both the company and its customers meet alarm industry regulatory requirements. This role involves detailed regulatory research, policy interpretation, and proactive compliance management.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify client and customer compliance with alarm regulatory requirements, closing gaps as identified.
• Interpret and implement updates to alarm regulations promptly.
• Organize, track, and maintain up‑to‑date files, licenses, documentation, and policies.
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and questions as they arise.
• Build efficiencies into Frontpoint’s and its customers’ alarm regulatory compliance processes.
• Support the development and maintenance of Frontpoint’s overall compliance function, including policy, system, and control implementation.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines to demonstrate regulatory compliance.
• Stay current with regulatory changes and educate employees on legal requirements.

Required profile

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership, and meet key deadlines.
• Sound judgment and discretion on critical compliance matters.
• Self‑motivated, able to thrive independently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Openness to receiving, processing, and integrating constructive feedback.
