Senior IAM Security Engineer (Remote)

About the role

As a Senior IAM Security Engineer you will design, implement and govern robust identity and access management solutions that protect enterprise environments. You will be instrumental in building zero‑trust architectures, securing cloud and container workloads, and ensuring compliance across all digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable IAM frameworks for authentication and authorization.
• Conduct threat modeling and security engineering assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Define data‑protection strategies, including encryption and tokenization.
• Integrate automated security controls and vulnerability scanning into CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee cloud and container security, establishing strong network controls and access policies.
• Lead incident response, security monitoring, and log analysis to detect and remediate threats.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering, IAM or related cybersecurity fields.
• Proven expertise in IAM, authorization, encryption, and platform security.
• Hands‑on experience with threat modeling, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
• Solid understanding of cloud and container security, automation, monitoring, and incident response.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
