Senior Kotlin/Java Backend Engineer – Remote

About the role

BairesDev® is looking for a senior backend engineer to design and build high‑performance services using Kotlin and Java Spring. You will work on APIs that power critical products for global clients while collaborating with distributed engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services in Kotlin and Java Spring.
• Design scalable, reliable APIs and micro‑services.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other engineers through GitHub workflows and code reviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and hands‑on experience with Java Spring.
• Advanced English communication skills.
