Spanish‑Bilingual Sales Specialist – Food Industry

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Specialist who is fluent in Spanish and passionate about the food sector. You will manage and re‑engage a pipeline of warm leads generated from trade shows, social media, and inbound inquiries, promoting our specialty butter products.

Key responsibilities

• Actively follow up with a database of warm leads from trade shows and social media.
• Conduct enthusiastic outbound calls to introduce products and qualify prospects.
• Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing.
• Maintain 100% CRM hygiene in HubSpot, logging calls, notes, and follow‑up tasks.
• Coordinate sample shipments and follow up for feedback or orders.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams and external distributors to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Provide weekly activity and sales performance reports.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Proven background as a Sales VA, Lead Generation Specialist, SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
• Exceptional verbal communication with a persuasive phone presence.
• Experience selling B2B or within the Food & Beverage/FMCG space is a strong plus.
• Self‑starter capable of managing a large contact volume (3,000+).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
