About the role

We are looking for a Regional Deputy Manager of Analytics and Scoring for consumer credit products. The role will lead the definition, development and implementation of a regional analytics strategy, delivering actionable insights and decision models that optimise credit origination, administration and lifecycle management. You will work closely with business and risk units across the region to ensure effective model governance and data exploitation.

Key responsibilities

• Define, lead and ensure execution of the regional analytics and scoring strategy for consumer products across the entire credit lifecycle.
• Design, build, validate, implement and continuously improve scoring, segmentation, propensity and behavior models and other analytical tools.
• Monitor, calibrate and periodically evaluate deployed models using performance indicators, predictive stability and data quality metrics.
• Lead regional projects on modelling, automation, data and decision tools, coordinating multidisciplinary teams from business, risk, technology and data functions.
• Generate analyses, studies, forecasts and management indicators from internal and external data, turning information into actionable knowledge.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience leading econometric models or advanced analytics in a financial institution.
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related fields; preferably a Master’s in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar.
• Strong knowledge of econometrics, finance and statistics applied to consumer credit.
