About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Hotel Reception Supervisor to lead our front‑desk operations. The role requires managing a team of eight reception staff, ensuring seamless guest experiences across both morning and evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and monitor the performance of an 8‑person reception team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address guest needs promptly.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while resolving issues efficiently.
• Develop and manage personnel, including training and performance coaching.
• Drive results through commercial awareness, benefiting from a commission‑based earnings structure.
• Maintain a strong hospitality focus to maximize guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience supervising reception teams, preferably within the hotel sector.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and guest‑handling abilities.
• Strong multitasking and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in staff development and personnel management.
• Result‑oriented mindset with commercial acumen.
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Flexibility to work and lead both day and night shifts.
