Supply Chain Operations Specialist - Afternoon Shift

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a motivated Supply Chain Operations Specialist for the afternoon shift in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The role involves coordinating and optimizing delivery schedules, communicating with mobile units, and using mapping software to ensure efficient routing.

Key responsibilities

• Build expert knowledge of company products and services.
• Provide track‑and‑trace updates and continuously inform customers about shipment status.
• Enter, update, and process customer orders across various interfaces.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments for drivers and coordinate customs paperwork.
• Follow established procedures for billing and perform duties assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics or customer service experience (preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Fluency in English.
