Talent Acquisition Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to serve as the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. You will conduct initial interviews, evaluate fit, and guide applicants through the hiring process while representing a global, fully remote team of top‑tech talent.

Key responsibilities

• Review candidates' online profiles to assess overall suitability.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn, or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send calendar invites, and maintain up‑to‑date records in the recruitment system.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to validate experience, interests, commitment, and logical reasoning.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates from diverse backgrounds.
