Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc., a leading asset‑based carrier in North America, is expanding its HR team in San Pedro Sula. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own end‑to‑end recruitment processes, support retention initiatives, and help shape the company’s people strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate full‑cycle recruitment: define criteria, create tests, screen applications, interview candidates with hiring managers, verify references and extend offers.
• Develop and implement recruitment and retention programs, policies, and procedures that comply with employment legislation.
• Provide training and communication to managers and staff on hiring best practices.
• Support staffing planning, participate in HR projects, advise on legal compliance, and represent the company at career fairs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date job descriptions, conduct exit interviews and report trends, and ensure adherence to health and safety policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (in‑house experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, social media, and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and decision‑making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new software.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a technical field is preferred.
