Talent Partner – Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Talent Partner to own and continuously improve the candidate journey from first outreach through pre‑onboarding. You will combine empathy, speed, process thinking, and AI to create a memorable hiring experience for executive assistants and recruitment coordinators across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end candidate experience, ensuring clear, engaging, and human touchpoints.
• Design and refine recruiting communications such as emails, surveys, templates, and interview instructions.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep recruitment processes moving quickly while maintaining quality.
• Analyze recruiting data to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
• Leverage AI recruiting platforms and automation tools to reduce manual work and scale candidate experience.
• Introduce fresh ideas to make every interaction modern, thoughtful, and memorable.

Required profile

• 1+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or related fields.
• Passion for AI in recruitment and experience redesigning workflows.
• Comfortable working remotely or in hybrid settings.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Stable professional experience, including at least one role held for 2+ years.
