Talent Partner – Recruiter (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for a Talent Partner to own and continuously improve the full recruitment cycle for its growing network of Executive Assistants across Latin America. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first outreach through pre‑onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including outreach, interviews and pre‑onboarding.
• Design and refine recruiting communications, templates and interview instructions with a strong eye for design.
• Partner with hiring teams to keep hiring processes moving quickly and with high quality.
• Use recruiting data to spot bottlenecks and optimise the candidate journey.
• Redesign workflows by leveraging AI and automation tools.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, People Ops, HR or related fields.
• Strong communicator in English (C1+), able to write clear and engaging messages.
• Candidate‑obsessed mindset that values respectful, timely feedback.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Long‑term player with at least two years in one of the last three roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Notion.
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Automation tools and basic AI workflow design.
