Technical Account Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing staffing agency seeking a Technical Account Manager to own and expand a portfolio of U.S.‑based client relationships. The role is remote and open to candidates located in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe who can work during U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hiring activity across assigned accounts, leading scoping and intake calls, translating technical requirements into search criteria, and ensuring timely placements.
• Manage client communication throughout the hiring lifecycle, support offers, closing, and onboarding, and act as escalation point for complex situations.
• Own client health, retention, and growth by identifying upsell opportunities, forecasting hiring demand, and maintaining long‑term relationships with founders and technical hiring leaders.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing market and talent insights, conducting strategic check‑ins, and positioning the agency as a long‑term hiring partner.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical staffing, recruiting, or agency environments placing engineering or AI talent.
• Proven ability to run scoping, intake, and sales conversations with technical leaders.
• Strong relationship‑building, commercial instincts, and operational thinking.
• Willingness to work remotely from LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe while aligning with U.S. business hours.
