Technical Support Representative – Customer Service

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking motivated Technical Support Representatives to deliver high‑quality assistance to customers across phone, chat, and email channels. You will help resolve technical issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the company’s reputation for service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support via phone, chat, or email.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Guide customers step‑by‑step through solutions using clear communication.
• Document interactions, solutions, and follow‑ups in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to higher‑level support when needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, tools, and procedures.
• Meet performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, and FCR.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; college studies preferred.
• At least 6 months experience in technical support, customer service, or call‑center environments.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
