About the role

The Customs Processor is responsible for handling assigned customs procedures quickly and efficiently. The role requires close coordination with internal teams (Customs Manager, Supervisor of Processors) and external government agencies to meet client‑satisfied timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute customs clearance tasks for import and export shipments as assigned.
• Maintain diligent communication with internal stakeholders and government entities.
• Ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements and client expectations.
• Adhere to established deadlines and service standards.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma (Bachiller).
• Minimum one year of experience in import/export customs management.
• Residence in Puerto Cortés or surrounding area.
• Own a motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules.
