Treasury Specialist

About the role

Tigo is looking for a Treasury Specialist in Tegucigalpa to ensure efficient management of the company's liquidity, payments and financing, optimizing financial resources and complying with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage liquidity and cash flow, monitoring and forecasting daily, weekly and monthly cash flow
• Optimize fund administration to keep funds available for operations and financial commitments
• Identify investment opportunities for excess cash and optimize financial costs
• Coordinate collections to recover accounts receivable
• Negotiate financing terms, credit lines and banking products
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting regulations and treasury regulations
• Prepare treasury reports for senior management and implement and improve treasury controls
• Analyze financial indicators and recommend strategies to improve working capital efficiency
• Take part in corporate financing planning

Required profile

• Degree in business administration or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in treasury, financial management or corporate banking

• Experience using treasury management tools
