Weekends Reporting Analyst - Night Shift

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Weekends Reporting Analyst to join its San Pedro Sula office on a night‑shift schedule. You will support operations by ensuring accurate hazmat labeling, coordinating repairs, and generating simple reports while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist operations with truck and trailer hazmat labeling to avoid regulatory infractions.
• Obtain, review, and approve repair estimates in line with DOT requirements.
• Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for equipment breakdowns.
• Answer driver calls, schedule service vendors, and provide accurate start/completion times.
• Identify warrantable repairs, file claims, and coordinate payments with vendors.
• Maintain communication with customers, vendors, dispatch, and maintenance departments.
• Track resolution times and relay service disruptions or route changes.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary diploma preferred.
• Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a similar logistics support role is an asset.
• Availability to work either Saturday or Sunday as part of the regular schedule.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 office environment.

Required skills

• Report generation using basic software functions and simple query writing.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Understanding of truck maintenance and repair processes.
• Familiarity with hazmat labeling procedures.
