About the role
Support the CEO in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment, handling both administrative and operational tasks remotely across Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
- Improve workflows, conduct data analysis, prepare reports, create SOPs, maintain documentation, and coordinate internal projects.
Required profile
- 2+ years of professional experience in any field (EA background not required).
- Experience working closely with senior leaders.
- C1 level English, both written and spoken.
- At least one role with a minimum two‑year tenure.
- Proactive attitude and comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and AI tools.

- Base salary $1,200 USD/month, up to $1,600 USD/month total.
- Raises every six months, fixed schedule, no overtime or weekends.
