Virtual Assistant to CEO – Remote (Latin America)

About the role

Viva is looking for a Virtual Assistant to support its CEO in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. The role is fully remote and open to candidates living in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, or Nicaragua. You will bring your experience managing complexity and priorities to help the executive team succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Own the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel arrangements, expenses, and event planning.
• Improve workflows, conduct data analysis, create reports, maintain SOPs, documentation, and coordinate internal projects.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience in any field (executive‑assistant background not required).
• Experience working closely with senior leaders and a rigorous approach to tasks.
• Fluent English (C1 level) written and spoken.
• At least one role with a minimum of two‑year tenure.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and enthusiastic about AI tools.
• Proactive by default, not only when asked.
