Hypercare Representative – LATAM (Remote)

About the role

As a Hypercare Representative for the LATAM region, you will join Cloudbeds' remote Hypercare Onboarding team to support hotels as they go live on the platform. You will act as a strategic partner during the critical launch phase, ensuring a smooth transition and delivering the brand's "Unreasonable Hospitality" promise.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new hotel clients through the live‑environment onboarding process across multiple time‑zones.
• Analyze real‑time data flows, troubleshoot integration issues, and design processes that reduce friction.
• Provide high‑touch, personalized support that goes beyond standard ticket handling.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges quickly.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and escalation paths.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in hospitality or hotel operations.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build trust with clients.
• Comfortable working night shifts and flexible schedules to match the listed shift options.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
